Well, we did it again. We just couldn't stay away from Glacier National Park. This time we took off the week before Labor Day. We left on Friday around 1:30PM, made a quick Stop in Perrysburg, then hit the Ohio Turnpike.
We arrived at East Glacier around 5:15pm the following day. We actually beat the Amtrak train to East glacier by over an hour.
The next morning we headed up to to Waterton in Canada and hiked up to Crypt Lake the following day. This was the end of the nice weather at Glacier for us. The next two days were wind and rain and sleet and snow.
We finally decided to bug out and drove to Theodore Roosevelt National Park in North Dakota. The weather was much better here with clear blue skies and warm temps.
